| Forever Helping Hens | Spreading The Message Far & Wide |
Once we knew that His Majesty would be rehoming our millionth hen there was so much to be sorted, not least where his new royal flock would come from. Unbeknownst to us initially, the hens had to be organic and so there was only one farm we wanted them to come from.
Having worked closely with Daylesford Organic, based in the heart of the Cotswolds, and having rehomed thousands of their birds, we gladly arranged to take a flock of 400 laying hens from which His Majesty's new flock members would come. 12 // 01884 860084
The number of phone calls and meetings which had to take place so that everything ran smoothly on the day was quite astonishing. Once we’d settled on a date (17th August) our wonderful Head of Operations, Gaynor, started setting the wheels in motion and arranging timings.
Behind the frontline were our PR team and social media agency prepping journalists (all the while not mentioning the ‘K’ word as we were under strict instruction not to let that news slip ahead of time) and creating content ready for the big reveal.
