Feathers and chicken poop = thousands rehomed

To date in 2023 we’ve rehomed 27,900 hens with thousands more due to be sent off to loving homes over the summer.

We’re eternally grateful to them, and to you, our supporters, who give our hens the most wonderful free-range retirement full of love, treats and cuddles. Nothing makes us happier than seeing photos of your new family pets enjoying life as they should – in the sunshine, feathers outstretched, or rolling around in a dust bath.

So remember to send your photos in via our website, and videos too please if you have them! There are various ways to do this, either via WeTransfer or Smash, using the email address [email protected] and ask for our help if you have any problems!

As always, huge thanks go to our wonderful volunteers who get up at the crack of dawn and get covered in poop and feathers (as evidenced here by Nicola, Nancy and Claire from our South Zeal, Devon team!), without whom we would not be able to run this charity.
