Surprisingly, our top performing post on Facebook over the past two months was an appeal to find more homes for hens, which just goes to show the pull our hens have on people – this post reached more than 78,000 people and was shared over 650 times.

Of course, our second most popular bit of content was Henrietta’s reveal which was seen by over 70,000 people, of which 65,000 were non-BHWT followers – what a HUGE number of brand-new people who are now aware of our work.

The first of our teasers counting down to the one millionth hen rehoming was naturally in our top three best performing pieces, reaching 44,000 people and inviting lots of guesses as to where she was going to end up.
