It’s such a joy to find fresh, warm eggs in the nesting box and one that you might want to share with family, friends and neighbours if your girls are laying more than you can manage.

But what if these delicious eggs could also help hens looking for loving homes? The great news is that they can!

Our Egg Club is a brilliantly simple way for hens to help other hens to a better life: customers can enjoy high welfare eggs whilst supporting our work. The Club boasts a fantastic 545 members – 148 of which feature on our interactive map – in locations from Cornwall all the way up to Shetland. Each year, our Egg Clubbers help to raise thousands of pounds and make a real difference to the lives of hens.

The Club offers plenty of support to members in the shape of a quarterly newsletter sharing hentertaining articles, speggtacular offers and eggstraordinary tips as well as an eggsclusive Facebook group for members to connect, swap stories and ask for advice. What’s more, you don’t need to have adopted hens to be part of our Egg Club – every hen is welcome to help raise vital funds for hens in need!

If you’re tempted to join, there’s never been a more eggciting time to become an Egg Clubber. As 2024 heralds the rehoming of our ONE MILLIONTH hen! This world-first for a charity is a wonderful testament to our love of hens and the incredible support for the BHWT.
